1. EGR system repair / programming
Modern diesel engines are almost always equipped with an EGR system.
The exhaust gas recirculation system (Exhaust Gas Recirculation- EGR) of automobile engines is used to reduce the release of harmful emissions into the atmosphere. The EGR system, which is a valve that connects the throttle chamber of the intake manifold with the exhaust system in different operating modes, injects the exhaust gases back into the engine. Some exhaust gas enters the cylinders when the EGR valve is open, which causes the peak temperature to drop, resulting in lower high-temperature emissions.
In our service, it is possible to diagnose the EGR system problem, carry out professional cleaning and/or replacement of the EGR valve, we will provide cleaning/washing of the EGR radiator in an ultrasonic bath, if necessary, we will provide EGR disconnection/programming.
2. AdBlue system repair/programming
The AdBlue system is a diesel exhaust fluid that reduces harmful emissions into the atmosphere. Since the end of 2015, all modern diesel cars (Euro 6) must use AdBlue, a liquid that reduces the amount of nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gases. AdBlue, also known as Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), is colorless, non-toxic and will need to be topped up from time to time. A notification will appear on the instrument panel that the fluid in your car needs to be topped up.
The most common problems with the AdBlue system:
1. The level of AdBlue liquid is too low, it needs to be topped up.
2. Additive quality of the AdBlue system - it is important that the AdBlue liquid meets the specifications of your engine as specified by the manufacturer. Using low-quality AdBlue can cause engine malfunctions.
3. AdBlue system pump or heating element is damaged.
4. Damage to the pressure sensors of the AdBlue system.
In our service, it is possible to diagnose the problem of the AdBlue system, carry out system repair, change the necessary parts, and if necessary, we will provide high-quality unlocking / programming of the AdBlue system.
3. CHIP-TUNING - increasing car power
Chiptuning is the correction of the software of the engine control unit in order to improve or adapt it to certain needs. In the process, several parameters of the engine are adjusted (for example: fuel injection amount, ignition timing, turbocharger pressure, etc.)
